Budget Cuts to Drastically Reduce Service to Minneola Citizens

The Minneola Firefighters are working hard to prevent budget cuts that will reduce staffing of fire and rescue apparatus by 1/3.

This reduction in staffing will not only reduce the quailty of response to the citizens of Minneola, but also increase the chances of firefighter injury and/or death.

Currently, there are three firefighters on duty to staff apparatus. Budget cuts could potentially eliminate 1 spot, leaving two firefighters to staff the same apparatus.
